While I'm on my way to Münster with a busload of nice but noisy kids you have got the chance to get to know 'The British Empire'.

Lesson 1: Go to the pages:

• The British Empire and
• The Empire.

Look around for most of the lesson.

Then choose subtopics you would like to work on.

Lesson 2:

As a course discuss the subtopics and agree on 4 topics that together cover the theme 'The British Empire' well.

Form groups of 4 for each of the 4 topics.

Make a DIN A 4 paper on your topic.

Get it ready to be handed in on Friday.
